About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment for Revenue/CPQ and industry-specific applications, focusing on Retail Execution and Trade Promotion Management.
- Drive functional and technical workshops, engage with enterprise architects and business partners to establish architectural vision and program roadmap.
- Manage customer expectations and guide clients and partners on Salesforce digital transformation, integration architecture, and use of native Salesforce Industries technology.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of experience in technology solution development; 3+ years client-facing experience in systems development or related consulting roles.
- Expertise in Salesforce platforms (Sales/Service/Experience Cloud), Vlocity Omnistudio, CG cloud, Revenue cloud and domains like Trade Promotion Management, Retail Execution, Visit Planning.
- Strong integration architecture knowledge including REST & SOAP APIs, Salesforce integration limits, authentication mechanisms, and continuous integration tools (e.g., Git).
- Salesforce Certifications preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, Service Clouds, Application Architect); OmniStudio Developer/Consultant experience preferred.

- Experienced in architecting large-scale Salesforce-based enterprise applications with deep knowledge of Salesforce Industries and integration patterns.
- Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and client engagements to align technical architecture with business goals, particularly in FMCG, Retail, or Trade Promotion domains.
- Capable of proactive risk management and driving technical solutions from concept through implementation in complex client environments.
