About This Role
- Lead and develop a team of Product Owners and Project Managers to improve program execution and engineering effectiveness for PCS IoMT products.
- Establish and drive integrated program planning and execution practices across engineering and cross-functional teams, focusing on delivery predictability and risk management.
- Define, track, and report on measurable program metrics to improve delivery outcomes, and champion AI-enabled and Lean practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in software development, product engineering, technical leadership, or product delivery.
- Experience in medical devices, MedTech, digital health, healthcare technology, or regulated software environments.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of managing and technically elevating teams of Product Owners and Project Managers in complex software delivery environments.
- Proven track record in driving cross-functional program execution and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization without direct authority.
- Domain expertise in regulated healthcare/medical device software development and products with familiarity of relevant standards and regulations.
