About This Role
- Develop, test, and implement data engineering solutions to support analytical and reporting outcomes.
- Design and build automations, incorporating low code/no code tools to speed up development cycles.
- Manage metadata and data structures, perform data profiling and analysis, and maintain data quality during ETL processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in AWS services (Redshift, Glue, RDS, Step Functions, S3, SageMaker, Kinesis), Python, Unix, and SQL scripting for Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Matillion or Informatica and knowledge of data warehousing, big data, and handling OLTP/OLAP data models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in data modeling, metadata management, master data management, and data lineage techniques.
- Experience handling enterprise ERP and CRM data, preferably in commercial/finance/manufacturing domains.
- Able to partner with teams for project goals and communicate technical challenges clearly while driving technical solutions to meet business outcomes.
