About This Role
- Lead and manage the Delhi-based Project Management Unit (PMU) for educational interventions, ensuring high performance and strategic alignment.
- Act as principal liaison with Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) and allied government departments to secure approvals and drive policy consensus.
- Proactively navigate bureaucratic challenges to maintain project momentum and provide strategic guidance to team and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years experience leading education-related projects, preferably in public school systems, education non-profits, or government project management units.
- Relevant educational background in Education, Social Sciences, Consulting, Public Policy, or related field.
- Strong project management skills including planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions.
- English and Hindi language proficiency.
