About This Role
- Manage end-to-end credit and collections operations to achieve cash collection targets and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Lead month-end closing responsibilities for Order to Cash (O2C) processes globally and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team while partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to support revenue growth and resolve escalations for high-risk customers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections and Order-to-Cash operations, including at least 5 years in people leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Controls) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working in multinational or shared services environments managing diverse and cross-cultural teams.
