About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure implementation projects including network deployments, system upgrades, and data center initiatives.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ensure projects adhere to corporate architecture and security standards.
- Serve as primary liaison for stakeholders, providing project updates, risk assessments, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or technology implementation projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) and tools (e.g., MS Project).
- Location: Bangalore office; willingness to travel occasionally within India and APAC regions as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a multinational or global organization.
- Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure environment including network technologies, data center infrastructure, Cisco technologies, and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment with strong stakeholder communication and risk management skills.
