About This Role
- Drive product delivery for GHX ERP integrations ensuring alignment with customer needs and business strategy.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable engineering tasks including releases, epics, and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, customers, and cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, risk, and measure integration success via KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience with technical products, with mandatory ERP or B2B integrations experience.
- Proven communication skills for technical solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Certifications in product management and Agile methodologies or equivalent (explicitly mentioned).

- Experienced in B2B integration products with deep understanding of ERP and MMIS systems integration.
- Able to balance complex stakeholder interests, manage risks, and align cross-functional teams on roadmap and delivery.
