About This Role
- Own and evolve core developer tooling including observability and CI/CD for fast and secure product delivery.
- Architect, operate, and embed multi-step agentic AI solutions into the internal developer platform to automate developers' workflows.
- Scale these AI-native systems reliably across 800+ engineers and multiple technology stacks at SIXT.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer with recent agentic AI involvement.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related discipline (B.Tech, B.E. also accepted).
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems involving multi-step agents with tool use, memory, and autonomous decisions.
- Solid experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure (AWS preferred), and observability tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable cloud-native platforms supporting large engineering teams (800+ engineers).
- Proven ability to design and operate autonomous AI agent systems integrated into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong system engineering skills focused on reliability, observability, and advanced AI workload operations at scale.
