About This Role
- Manage and process local UK HR transactions accurately, including calculations and documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate support to UK employee queries to ensure positive service experience.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements in HR service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in HR Shared Services with strong knowledge of UK people processes and policies (Leave of Absence, Termination, Employee Movement).
- University degree or equivalent professional qualification in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Experience with Workday system preferred, along with proficiency in CRM and MS Office systems.
- No travel required; position is hybrid (office/remote) based in Pune, India.

- Experienced HR professional with deep understanding of UK HR policies and hands-on expertise in hire-to-retire processes.
- Strong analytical and digital skills with ability to handle multiple systems and produce accurate reports.
