About This Role
- Own and build the household foundation data products including certified datasets, taxonomy, KPIs, and lifecycle definitions critical for downstream decision-making across multiple teams.
- Translate requirements into data products and applications by partnering closely with Data Engineering, managing medallion architecture and data contracts to ensure trusted, governed, and adopted household data solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Promotions, Merchandising, Loyalty) to deliver impactful household data applications that influence customer acquisition, retention, promotions performance, and merchandising relevancy.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years in product management or 5+ years in related data, analytics, or engineering roles with product exposure involving customer or household data products, CDP/customer 360, identity, or related domains.
- Experience working hands-on with Data Engineering to build data pipelines and datasets, including writing specs and shaping schemas and contracts.
- Strong understanding of household and customer analytics including lifecycle definitions, segmentation, cohorts, and identity resolution concepts.
- Solid knowledge of data governance, quality assurance, certification, monitoring, and privacy/consent controls for data products.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving data product roadmaps that translate complex data and technical requirements into measurable business outcomes, especially in retail or customer data contexts.
- Comfortable navigating modern data platform architectures (medallion, lakehouse, data mesh) and collaborating cross-functionally without direct authority.
- Familiar with working alongside analytics, data science, and engineering teams to steward trusted, certified data products used for audience targeting and performance measurement.
