About This Role
- Own end-to-end architecture, development, and operation of the agentic resolution platform including runtime, orchestration, LLM application patterns, and human-in-the-loop components.
- Build, ship, and maintain cloud-native platform services and internal tooling supporting AI workloads on Kubernetes with CI/CD, observability, and security in a regulated environment.
- Partner cross-functionally to scale agentic intelligence through systems and processes, improving deflection rates, operational toil reduction, platform availability, and developer velocity.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in technology with hands-on experience in automation, AIOps, agentic systems, or cloud-native platforms at enterprise scale.
- Strong expertise in agentic system design, LLM application patterns (prompt engineering, RAG, multi-model routing), and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/Azure/GCP AI stacks).
- Proficiency in Python for production services; experience in Go is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical proficiency and ownership in 2–3 core areas among agentic AI, LLM patterns, cloud platform engineering, and developer tooling with ability to learn adjacent technologies.
- Experience driving measurable improvements in automated operational deflection, toil reduction, platform uptime, and deployment velocity in regulated or similar high-compliance environments.
- Ability to set technical standards, lead architectural reviews, mentor senior engineers, and influence cross-team adoption of scalable automation solutions.
