About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage Microservices-based architecture ensuring application performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams; participate in code reviews and resolve production issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above and hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Work experience: 2-5 years in relevant backend development roles.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred; combinations of coursework and extensive professional experience may be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and basic NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with API security standards like JWT and OAuth and basic knowledge of Git version control.
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
