About This Role
- Support and operate AWS cloud native platform operations focusing on foundational AWS services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Harness.
- Manage incident, change, problem, release, and patch management in pre-production and production environments to improve uptime and reduce MTTR.
- Maintain continuous monitoring, observability, cost optimization, DR participation, and standardize metrics and reporting including chargeback/show-back reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of IT experience with 3-5 years designing and supporting AWS environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in AWS foundational services, Terraform, Harness, and ITSM processes (incident, change, problem management).
- Work Experience Required: 9+ years IT experience including 3-5 years AWS experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SRE or DevOps engineer with a strong AWS platform and cloud native design pattern background.
- Automation-oriented mindset with hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform and Harness.
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies, monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana), scripting languages, and experience in regulated/financial services environments.
