About This Role
- Provide expert functional support across multiple Yardi Voyager modules including Leasing, Financials, Investment Management, and Facilities Management.
- Manage client expectations, deliver training, document processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction during US / Canada working hours (night shift India).
- Consult clients on Yardi Voyager best practices and coordinate with Yardi support to resolve service requests and minimize repetitive issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager core functional modules.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate domain including financials, leasing, property and asset management workflows.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience working in US / Canada time zones (India night shift) required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep functional knowledge of Yardi Voyager modules including newer modules and Investment Management.
- Experience in real estate client-facing consulting and helpdesk support environments.
- Able to analyze client requirements, document workflows, deliver trainings, and effectively coordinate with vendor support for issue resolution.
