About This Role
- Lead and execute configuration, integration, and custom development of Guidewire InsuranceNow during customer implementations, ensuring timely high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with consultants, business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze system logs, optimize performance, and mentor peers on code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years overall experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow.
- Minimum 2 years of directly related technical experience in a professional services role.
- Strong skills in Java, JavaScript, web technologies, Java runtime troubleshooting, and cloud tools including AWS (S3, PrivateLink, Lambda).
- Familiarity with software development tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ, GitHub) and project management tools (SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing technical environments and delivering enterprise software implementations.
- Technical expertise with AWS infrastructure and web technologies, able to lead integrations and resolve complex issues.
- Comfortable working in geographically distributed cross-functional teams, capable of mentoring and communicating technical concepts effectively.
