About This Role
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing parents to generate, qualify leads for coding classes, and run customer needs assessments to recommend suitable classes.
- Book, confirm and follow up on free trial classes to ensure high attendance, while nurturing leads across multiple channels to prevent disinterest.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM daily, hand over qualified leads with context to Business Development, and own daily/monthly performance metrics including calls made and trials booked.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years experience preferred, freshers with strong communication also considered.
- Graduate degree in any discipline mandatory.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi required; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Must be US citizen or have US visa; location Bengaluru; flexible to work evenings or weekends due to global parent time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support with ability to handle high conversation volumes (40+ daily).
- Strong communication skills with ability to ask sharp qualifying questions and empathize with parent concerns.
- Comfortable with targets, multitasking, self-monitoring metrics, and adaptable to variable shifts including evenings/weekends.
