About This Role
- Support financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, expense analysis, and management reporting.
- Prepare budget-versus-actual and variance analysis reports, project cost statements, financial dashboards, and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with accounting and internal teams to collect financial data and maintain financial trackers for management review.
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- 0-1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
- Willingness to work full-time from Pune (Chinchwad) office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently pursuing or completed MBA (Finance) or CA/CMA Intermediate preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting processes.
- Analytical with experience or exposure in project costing, cost-control, and financial dashboard creation.
