About This Role
- Develop and execute automated and manual test plans for Salesforce, Netsuite, and related web applications.
- Design, maintain, and enhance QA automation frameworks and testing processes including regression, integration, and functional testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product releases meet quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in automation testing of consumer-facing web/mobile applications.
- Strong experience with API and integration testing, Salesforce, Netsuite, and Workday system testing.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like JIRA and Confluence, SQL skills, and Agile methodology, preferably Scrum.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in automation testing with emphasis on Salesforce and enterprise system integration scenarios.
- Skilled in designing scalable automated test frameworks and capable of debugging and root cause analysis.
- Comfortable working remotely with US and India based teams, with experience in Agile and fast-paced environments.
