About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Risk Engagement Strategy programs including Learning & Development, leadership visits, offsites, and communications with full ownership of planning, logistics, coordination, and outcomes.
- Lead AI Strategy for Risk initiatives by coordinating AI/GenAI use-case intake, prioritization, execution, and governance in partnership with Risk, Data/Analytics, Technology, and governance teams.
- Develop dashboards, executive communications, and reports to track delivery progress, risks, value realization, and support process digitization/automation deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, IT, Data/Analytics, or related field with 3–5 years project/program delivery experience in financial services, risk, analytics, or technology transformation; OR 5-7 years project/program delivery experience without degree.
- 3 to 5 years progressive project management experience, preferably in financial services, risk management, or regulated environment, including Business Analyst or process digitization/automation project experience.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint for executive presentations and Tableau dashboard creation; familiar with project management and Agile tools such as Jira/Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet.
- Work timings require availability aligned to US Eastern Time between 6:00 AM and 11:30 AM ET (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST), with flexible hours outside this window. Location options across multiple India hubs with occasional travel to Hyderabad or regional hubs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced mid-level project manager with demonstrated success managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects involving AI, automation, and process digitization in regulated financial services or risk domains.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication at senior leadership levels, with the ability to produce executive-ready materials and maintain governance documentation for AI and risk initiatives.
- Comfortable operating in matrix environments coordinating multiple teams (Risk, Analytics, Technology), managing project governance, escalations, and driving adoption/change management for new processes and tools.
