About This Role
- Partner with Engineering and technical leadership to develop recruiting strategies and act as a trusted advisor on hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of technical talent and use recruiting metrics to optimize hiring processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience focused on Engineering roles in a technology organization.
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions with flexibility to adapt to shifting hiring needs.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in technical recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and maintaining data integrity (Ashby or similar).

- Experienced recruiter comfortable operating in a scaling technology organization with discipline and strategic insight.
- Strong partnership builder with hiring managers, able to influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
- Skilled in sourcing and building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions; capable of mentoring and leading other recruiters.
