About This Role
- Lead FP&A management reporting activities: connect performance to plan/forecast, highlight drivers, recommend actions, and maintain management reports.
- Automate monthly reporting processes to reduce manual effort and ensure data quality, reconciliation, and auditability.
- Supervise and develop finance analysts, promoting an automation-first culture while ensuring high-quality output and effective communication to management.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in finance operations, analytics, accounting, or MIS reporting with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, Science, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Workday), expert-level Excel, and advanced Power BI skills.
- Experience with financial close processes, financial statement consolidation, and management reporting best practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong technical and data skills with experience in automation, process improvements, and controls design in a finance context.
- Ability to translate detailed data analysis into executive-level insights and storytelling across functions and geographies.
- Experience managing and developing small teams, with a focus on quality, talent development, and delivering results through others.
