About This Role
- Conduct gap analysis (current vs. desired state) for MES modules including Planning and Scheduling, Traceability and Genealogy, Maintenance, Quality Management, and Inventory Management.
- Define project scope and maintain communication plans with clients, assisting them in identifying and prioritizing system/process enhancements to align with business goals within deadlines and budgets.
- Write and maintain functional/technical specifications, provide user training, support post-implementation onsite activities, and audit customer equipment and lines.
Minimum Requirements
- 3.0+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with MES module expertise.
- Hands-on experience with MES modules: Planning and Scheduling, Traceability and Genealogy, Maintenance, Quality Management System, Inventory Management.
- Ability to perform functional and technical specification documentation and user training.
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 4 years specifically mentioned for Junior BA role.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working on MES systems and modules, understanding manufacturing execution and quality control processes.
- Comfortable engaging directly with clients to manage project scope, communication, and training.
- Capable of analyzing current/future system capabilities and recommending technical or process improvements aligned with business objectives.
