About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions including multi-step AI agents and workflows across various business functions.
- Lead AI solution lifecycle from architecture through deployment, governance, integration, and production monitoring to ensure scalability and robustness.
- Collaborate with business, data, security, and platform teams to create reusable AI frameworks, evaluation methods, and best practices that scale organization-wide.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-6 years of software development experience including API integration and production deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL with demonstrated experience in enterprise AI application development and Generative AI solutions (prompting, retrieval augmentation, evaluation, workflow integration).
- Up to 10% travel as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience developing and operationalizing AI/GenAI solutions using Azure AI SDKs and Snowflake Cortex AI preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design multi-step AI agents, implement evaluation tools for AI models (quality, safety, robustness), and optimize inference costs and latency.
- Strong collaborator with experience working across enterprise teams (platform, data, security, business stakeholders) in agile environments to scale AI capabilities.
