About This Role
- Manage daily order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch of pharmacy or e-commerce orders.
- Track dispatches through logistics until delivery, maintaining records and addressing delays.
- Handle customer escalations related to orders and deliveries, coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmacy or e-commerce operations mandatory.
- Any graduate degree required; D.Pharm preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Must be willing to relocate to Bangalore and work from office 6 days a week; fluency in English mandatory.

- Experienced in hands-on order processing and dispatch tracking within healthcare or e-commerce sectors.
- Capable of coordinating effectively across warehouse, logistics, billing, pharmacy, and city operations teams.
