About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale Java Full Stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud-native practices.
- Drive adoption of software engineering principles including Twelve-Factor App methodology, domain-driven design, microservices, observability, and secure-by-design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across time zones to define solution strategies, establish technical roadmaps, and ensure high-quality scalable product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of software development experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in Java Full Stack development with modern frameworks and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and engineering standards.
- Work Experience Required: 6 to 10 years preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technical leadership experience in enterprise Java Full Stack development and architecture design.
- Proven ability to lead cross-geo collaboration in Agile environments and drive adoption of best engineering practices such as TDD and DevSecOps.
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers and improving product quality and scalability through sound design and refactoring.
