About This Role
- Support processing of collections, payments, trade acceptances, and outstanding item tracing including complex and non-standard letter of credit transactions.
- Provide guidance, training, and subject matter expertise to less experienced staff and ensure overall team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, exercise independent judgment, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Trade Services support experience or equivalent via work/training/military/education.
- At least 1 year exposure to BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Anti-boycott policies with demonstrated adherence to related procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear risk escalations.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in trade services or equivalent.
