About This Role
- Lead large-scale Salesforce transformation programs including strategy, roadmap development, and multi-cloud solution architecture.
- Own program delivery across multiple workstreams and geographies including planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Drive business development activities including opportunity identification, proposal shaping, and Salesforce practice growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise transformation, or application delivery with significant Salesforce experience.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture and multiple clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud.
- Proven experience leading complex Salesforce programs and managing senior client relationships.
- Work Experience Required: 12-16 years

- Experienced in managing strategic client relationships and delivering cross-industry Salesforce enterprise transformations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce multi-cloud architectures and adoption of emerging capabilities such as Data Cloud and AI-enabled processes.
