About This Role
- Own the technical design and delivery of complex Snowflake data engineering solutions, including secure integrations and performance optimization on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Lead the development and operation of robust ELT/ETL pipelines, advanced data modeling, and reusable frameworks following CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
- Manage client relationships as primary point of contact, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, budgets, and driving client satisfaction and business growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale Snowflake platforms and complex data engineering solutions.
- Strong skills in SQL (complex transformations, query optimization) and Python for automation and operational tooling.
- Experience with ELT/ETL and orchestration tools such as dbt, Airflow, Informatica, Matillion, Fivetran, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or AWS Glue.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates both hands-on technical depth and ownership of complex data engineering outcomes, including leading technical discussions and mentoring engineers.
- Experienced in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with proven capability in data modelling, incremental processing, data quality, and production support.
- Experienced in implementing enterprise data governance, security, and performance optimization practices in regulated environments (Banking/Financial Services domain advantageous).
