About This Role
- Manage recruitment backoffice processes including coordination with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, leveraging tools like TALEO if available.
- Oversee onboarding, background verification, vendor payouts, offer management, and generate/analyze MIS reports.
- Perform quality checks for deliverables, update trackers, and maintain confidentiality and adherence to information security protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR preferred.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR shared services or related transactional HR functions.
- Experience or knowledge of recruitment tools such as TALEO is preferable.
- Location requirement: Bangalore; shift: General Shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing transactional HR processes with accountability for quality controls and reporting.
- Comfortable working within structured SOPs and handling confidential information with adherence to security guidelines.
- Proficient in coordinating across recruitment and HR operations teams, with good communication skills and ability to update process documentation.
