About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test plans for React frontend and Python backend services, including AI/ML components.
- Perform AI readiness assessments and validate model inputs/outputs, data pipelines, and performance thresholds for AI-powered features.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and provide QA sign-off ensuring product quality before release.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on QA and software testing experience in product or analytics environments.
- Strong experience testing React frontend applications and Python-based backend REST APIs.
- Proficiency with frontend automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) and Python testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest).
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; full-time role; Salary range INR 12-16 LPA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing AI/ML systems with skills in model validation, output consistency, and data drift detection.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins and integrating automated tests into pipelines.
- Background or interest in pharmaceutical commercial domain and working cross-functionally with data scientists and engineers.
