About This Role
- Own technical production support for critical Recon services and client-facing platforms ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency using SRE principles.
- Lead incident response and restoration during major production incidents coordinating across multiple teams to accelerate recovery.
- Define and enhance SLOs, SLIs, monitoring, automation (Terraform, AWS), and production governance to improve service health and resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Extensive experience in supporting large-scale, mission-critical production environments, preferably in high-volume transaction or payment platforms.
- Proven expertise in Production Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering including incident leadership, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Hands-on experience with production observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace), automation tools (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation), and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.

- Experienced leader in production support and SRE within large-scale financial or transaction-heavy technology environments.
- Practitioner and champion of site reliability principles with strong operational ownership and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Familiar with AI-assisted engineering tools for code quality, automation, and incident analysis, with a focus on responsible and secure AI adoption in software development workflows.
