About This Role
- Architect and lead design and development of enterprise-wide scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and define best coding standards and practices.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in object-oriented programming using Java, Python, and/or JavaScript (UI frameworks).
- Experience architecting and designing software solutions for enterprise-wide web applications.
- Role requires 100% in-office work; minimal travel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cloud-native CI/CD, microservices architecture, and integration protocols (REST, gRPC, GraphQL).
- Capable of solving complex technical problems, designing large scale real-time transaction platforms, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for refining technical roadmaps and driving innovation across the organization.
