About This Role
- Support insurance policy administration and transaction processing including policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to regulatory and operational quality standards in insurance operations.
- Maintain and update customer and policy information, assist in claims processing and data validation, and meet productivity and service-level targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Back Office Operations, or related field (freshers eligible).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Work Experience Required: 0–5 years.
