About This Role
- Lead and own global billing setup and invoice clearing operations across multiple international hubs, producing thousands of invoices monthly.
- Drive end-to-end client onboarding, incremental account changes, invoice reconciliation, and clearing to ensure accurate and timely billing at scale.
- Partner with product, technology, and control teams to modernize tools, reduce manual efforts, redesign processes, monitor KPIs, and build a high-performing global team including leading the Bangalore site setup.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, or technology roles within complex organizations.
- Proven leadership experience managing global teams and billing-related operations such as onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and invoice clearing.
- Strong program execution, stakeholder management, controls mindset, and analytical skills required to handle governance and performance monitoring.
