About This Role
- Audit and quality assurance of pre-bind checklists and client files to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions, including preparing quality reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements and provide training on quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of directly applicable experience.
- Must have a producer’s license and appropriate insurance brokerage-related licensing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit/QA tools.
- Work Experience Required: At least 1 year applicable experience in insurance brokerage operations or specialty insurance.
