About This Role
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of laptop hardware and networking solutions, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
- Serve as primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, handling contract negotiation, SLAs, and vendor performance management.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency while scaling IT infrastructure and ensuring minimal downtime through troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years experience in IT vendor management and hardware operations, preferably in a startup environment.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical expertise.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware components, BIOS, firmware updates, and basic networking concepts (DHCP, VLANs, network topology).
- Location: Bangalore; Salary: INR 5-6.5 LPA.

- Experience negotiating vendor contracts with demonstrated cost reduction achievements.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects related to hardware and vendor operations.
- Skilled in hardware troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and applying preventive maintenance in fast-paced growth environments.
