About This Role
- Manage and coordinate project demand and resource assignments to ensure proper staffing aligned with project requirements and business priorities.
- Use data-driven insights and AI/automation tools to improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of resource planning and project setup processes.
- Collaborate with delivery leaders and technical teams to maintain resource capacity visibility and implement AI-enabled workflow improvements across resource management functions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or project management, preferably in technology or consultancy.
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms for project setup and staffing; preferred experience with Certinia or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Gemini) to automate or improve work processes.
- Must be physically located in Karnataka or Maharashtra and able to work hybrid with some onsite office presence.
