About This Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of macOS device migrations between Microsoft 365 tenants across multiple shifts in a 24x7 factory model, ensuring adherence to runbooks, quality gates, and shift readiness.
- Own incident management during shifts, including troubleshooting device enrollment, compliance, access issues, and coordinating escalations to maintain smooth migration operations.
- Manage migration operations including backlog prioritization, ticket handling, SLA adherence, evidence collection, audit and change documentation, shift handover, and continuous improvement of processes and runbooks.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in endpoint management and device migration projects, specifically leading M365 tenant-to-tenant macOS device migrations.
- Hands-on experience with Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), macOS provisioning, Jamf, Kandji/IRU tools, Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO), Conditional Access, and device compliance policies.
- Experience working in a runbook-driven delivery model with 24x7 shift operations including incident management, queue management, and shift handovers.
- Strong PowerShell and macOS automation/scripting skills; experience creating and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, and migration documentation.
