About This Role
- Lead end-to-end transition and transformation programs for Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services, including mobilization, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, go-live, hypercare, and steady-state handover.
- Own transition plans covering scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, governance, and service onboarding to ensure controlled and accountable delivery aligned with customer timelines.
- Manage governance, reporting, stakeholder communication, and risk/issue resolution to maintain service continuity during complex transition and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years overall IT experience, including 6-8 years in transition, transformation, project management, or service delivery roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related discipline mandatory.
- Location: Pune (onsite requirement).
- Working knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes and experience managing transition lifecycle activities (discovery, KT, readiness, go-live, hypercare, handover).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading medium-to-large transition or transformation programs in cloud, infrastructure, security, workplace, or managed services environments.
- Ability to drive structured execution with strong ownership across multi-vendor, matrix, global delivery teams producing clear governance and executive reporting.
- Comfortable working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, with proven skills in stakeholder management, escalations, and status communications.
