About This Role
- Lead and supervise field delivery operations across multiple customer sites, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution of pickups, deliveries, and white glove projects.
- Act as primary operational escalation point coordinating between transport vendors, warehouses, customs brokers, airlines, customers, and internal teams to maintain shipment visibility, manage exceptions, and drive service continuity.
- Own operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, POD closure, damage prevention, service failures, and customer satisfaction while leading continuous improvement and vendor performance initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- 5-6 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, delivery operations, field supervision, warehousing, or logistics operations.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience supervising field executives, delivery teams, transport vendors, or customer-site operations.
- Industry exposure must include freight forwarding, airfreight operations, last-mile delivery, white glove delivery, warehousing, project logistics, or data-center/high-value cargo operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading multi-location field delivery teams with strong operational ownership and escalation management capabilities.
- Familiar with white glove and high-value cargo handling plus shipment tracking and POD governance within logistics operations.
- Capable of coordinating complex vendor and customer-site interactions to enhance operational reliability and drive continuous improvement.
