About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of Quadient Inspire customer communication management (CCM) solutions, ensuring scalability and alignment with client needs.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for medium to large projects including planning, execution, quality control, and deployment of Quadient implementations.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, mentor development teams, and define roadmaps for legacy system migration to Quadient Inspire.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years hands-on in Quadient Inspire platform.
- Mandatory Quadient certifications: Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, ICM, and Scripting.
- Proven expertise in Quadient modules - Designer, Interactive, Scaler (high-volume batch processing), ICM, Approve Workflow, Automation, and related scripting (JavaScript, Groovy).
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, work from office.

- Senior-level Quadient Inspire expert capable of technical leadership, solution architecture, and team mentoring in a global delivery setup.
- Experienced in large-scale CCM projects with hands-on skills in integrations, workflow automation, and legacy system migration.
- Comfortable in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and enforcing enterprise standards in environment setup and scalability.
