About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Quadient Inspire customer communication management (CCM) solutions.
- Architect scalable solutions and define migration roadmaps from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.
- Manage project planning, execution, quality, and coordinate with global stakeholders including client management and SMEs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire platform required.
- Mandatory certifications in Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Scaler, ICM, and Scripting.
- Expertise in Quadient Inspire modules including Designer, Interactive, Scaler, ICM, Approve Workflow, and Automation.
- Work Experience Required: 5-10 years relevant experience. Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership and mentoring within Quadient Inspire implementations.
- Proficient in architecting integrations using APIs, microservices, and system integration techniques.
- Strong background in CCM strategy, large-scale batch processing, and enterprise standards for scalability and environment setup.
