About This Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models to support business reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop automation scripts in Python and .NET to enhance data processing, reporting automation, API integrations, and backend services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring quality, performance, and governance compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of IT industry experience including at least 3 years of hands-on Power BI and Python development experience.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Service, Administration, DAX, Power Query, Row-Level Security, deployment pipelines, and report performance optimization.
- Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, data warehousing, ETL, data integration, and automation frameworks; proficiency in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core) and REST API integration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or related field; Certifications in Power BI, Azure, or related platforms are advantageous.

- Experienced Power BI developer skilled in advanced data modeling, DAX calculations, and scalable report development within enterprise environments.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum setups with cross-functional and global teams, demonstrating ability to handle distributed collaboration.
- Proficient in blending BI development with automation (Python, .NET) and integration skills to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions with focus on quality, maintainability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
