About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models for enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
- Develop advanced DAX calculations, Power Query transformations, Python automation scripts, and .NET services to support reporting and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize report performance, ensure deployment, and provide Level 3 technical support for reporting platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years IT industry experience including 3+ years hands-on Power BI and Python development in enterprise reporting/analytics.
- Proficient with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power BI Administration, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL Server/T-SQL.
- Experience in Python development, reporting automation, API integration, .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core), and data integration techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (BE/MCA or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering enterprise reporting solutions at scale with focus on quality, automation, and performance.
- Capable of collaborating across international and cross-functional teams, with strong communication skills suitable for global stakeholders.
- Familiar or interested in laboratory-related applications and certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Platform, or Microsoft Fabric considered an advantage.
