About This Role
- Lead design and architecture of scalable, high-performance cloud-native applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and manage Kubernetes-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD, Helm) across cloud environments.
- Mentor engineering teams, drive system design for reliability, scalability, performance, and ensure adherence to DevOps, GitOps, and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of overall software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD in production environments.
- Deep experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP); must be willing to work full-time onsite in Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in distributed system design and microservices, comfortable driving system-wide architectural decisions in cloud-native environments.
- Operationally skilled in Kubernetes-driven deployment pipelines and infrastructure-as-code automation.
- Able to mentor teams and influence technical direction in fast-paced, enterprise-scale cloud projects.
