About This Role
- Maintain, support, and enhance existing software products for a global customer base.
- Perform code-level debugging and root cause analysis to resolve production issues and implement patches/hotfixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer-reported issues and provide timely support during critical incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development and support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Java including multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning.
- Experience with code-level debugging tools (Eclipse, IntelliJ, JDB), log analysis (Splunk, ELK), and version control (Git).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in production software support with demonstrated debugging and troubleshooting skills at code level.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, global environment involving collaboration with service, product development, and technical leads.
- Skilled in maintaining software stability and performance in production with a focus on timely critical incident resolution.
