About This Role
- Lead advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of backend applications and infrastructure including AWS-based platforms.
- Optimize backend performance and integration by managing multiple data sources, APIs, and services; oversee release, deployment, and production support activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, maintain secure and scalable architecture, and ensure adherence to enterprise engineering and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system integration, database design, and backend architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E./B.Tech) or Master’s/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Mandatory skills: AWS (ECS, Lambda, Aurora, Neptune, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL), REST/GraphQL, Python/TypeScript, Angular/React, Kong Konnect, OKTA, Auth0, NGINX, Production Support and SRE tools like Splunk, PagerDuty.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana (mandatory onsite).

- Experienced in server-side development, system integration, API management with a strong background in AWS cloud technologies.
- Capable of managing complex backend optimization, production support, and continuous delivery in agile environments.
- Skilled in mentoring junior engineers and leading technical efforts across cross-functional teams in scalable and secure application development.
