About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications and platform capabilities using Java, AWS, and modern front-end technologies.
- Own platform reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence including coding standards, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reusable platform components and improve developer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or related field, or Master’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Angular, React, TypeScript, AWS cloud-native and serverless architectures, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation).
- Experience delivering technology solutions in banking, financial services, or financial-sector environments; role location Hyderabad, Telangana.

- Experienced technical leader with a strong software engineering background focused on cloud-native, serverless AWS architecture and full-stack development.
- Proficient in building and scaling event-driven, microservices-based platforms with a strong emphasis on platform engineering and developer tooling.
- Capable of handling complex production issues, implementing observability, and driving engineering best practices within a financial services context.
