About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data platform solutions leveraging Databricks and Apache Spark.
- Develop, deploy, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness and Azure DevOps to automate data processing workloads.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot operational issues, support production incidents, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams for platform reliability and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS), CI/CD tools (Harness, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and programming languages (SQL, Python, PySpark).
- Willingness and availability to work rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Evening) for global support coverage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven operator skilled in cloud-based data platform management with experience in platform modernization and automation initiatives.
- Experience working in production support or platform operations with strong troubleshooting and incident resolution capabilities.
- Comfortable collaborating across global, distributed teams supporting data platform scalability, security, and compliance in a 24/7 operational environment.
