About This Role
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise data platform solutions with focus on Databricks and Apache Spark workloads.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other DevOps tools to support platform automation and cloud migration.
- Monitor platform health, handle incident response, production support, and collaborate globally to ensure a stable, scalable data infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related technical roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS), and CI/CD tools like Harness, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) for global production support.

- Experienced with enterprise-scale data engineering and platform reliability practices, including incident management and operational support.
